BMI will reference check you (with your permission), negotiate your contract for you, and continue to work closely with you and your new employer to ensure that all parties' expectations are being met, if not exceeded.

As a retained BMI executive client, you will be able to draw on BMI's resources in areas including but not limited to:

• Personal attention 365 days per year via phone, email, face to face, and Skype web conferencing. We are available every day if you need us
• Constant and proactive representation in the job market across agreed countries and companies
• Act as your agent to deal with other recruitment firms, whether the contact is initiated by BMI, you, or the recruitment firms
• Act as your agent when you are approached directly by a company
• A copy of the book 'Career Management Toolkit', written by Brian Moore 
• Re-design and preparation of your resume
• Advice on your career, whether to do with your current role, changing roles, your resume, interview preparation, salary negotiations, further education, performance appraisals, self promotion, etc
• Advice on other things that affect you in your life, should you raise them with BMI (motivation, personal health, career redirection, advising your children on their career goal setting)
• Be a third party sounding board for you when you need an objective person to talk to
• Promote you in the market as an industry expert, in order to generate interest in you as a guest speaker at conferences, expert commentator on television, article contributor to industry press, guest lecturer at universities, etc.

Retainer fees are:

• USD7,500 for 6 months
• USD4,500 for 3 months

Fees are payable prior to the commencement of the partnership
